Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you run the demo you provide your name, email address and mobile number, choose a sample message and channel, and tick a consent box. We record the consent wording and the date and time you agreed. If you buy, payment is handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation of the purchase but never your full card details.

Messages and calls. If you reply to our emails or texts, or speak with our AI voice agent, we keep those messages, call recordings, transcripts and summaries so the conversation can continue and so we can improve the service.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. The demo stores a small amount of information in your browser's session storage (your first name and chosen channel) to personalise the next pages; it is deleted when you close the tab. We do not use advertising cookies.

• To run the demo: send you the sample emails and text messages, and place the automated demo phone call.
• To follow up about our services, including by email, text message and phone, when you have agreed to this.
• To answer your questions, provide support, and deliver services you buy from us.
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To meet legal obligations, such as keeping records of your consent.

By ticking the consent box you agree to receive emails, text messages and an automated or AI-assisted phone call from Profit AI Lab for the demo and about related services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email info@profitailab.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except the service providers who help us deliver the messages, as described below.

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract:

• CRM and messaging: GoHighLevel, which stores contact records and sends our emails, texts and calls through its telecom partners.
• AI services: providers that power our AI replies and voice agent.
• Hosting: Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Payments: Stripe, which processes payments.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger. We never sell personal information.

We keep your information while we have a business relationship with you or a legitimate reason to, and then delete or anonymise it. Records of consent and opt-outs are kept as long as needed to show we respected your choices. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

We use reputable providers with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email info@profitailab.com. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law and won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

• United States: residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, can request access to or deletion of their information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
• Canada: we handle personal information in line with PIPEDA and Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL).
• Australia: we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Spam Act 2003. If you're not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
