Terms of Service

The demo shows how our AI lead-response and follow-up system works. When you submit your details, we send you sample emails and text messages and place an automated, AI-assisted phone call, usually within a few minutes. The messages and the dashboard you see are examples for illustration; dashboard figures are demo data, not real client results.

Please use your own name, email address and phone number. Don't submit someone else's details, use the demo to contact other people, or attempt to disrupt, overload or misuse it. We may limit how often the demo can be run and may block abusive use.

By ticking the consent box you agree to receive emails, text messages and an automated or AI-assisted phone call from Profit AI Lab about the demo and related services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Program: Profit AI Lab demo and service updates.
• Frequency: message frequency varies. During the demo you can expect about two emails, two texts and one call; follow-ups after that are occasional.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. You'll receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: reply HELP to any text, or email info@profitailab.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Prices shown in the calculator are estimates based on the options you choose; your final price is confirmed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Purchases of our services are governed by the order details shown at checkout and any service agreement we provide to you, which take precedence over these terms where they differ.

Benefit figures on this site, such as hours saved, extra revenue and payback period, are illustrative estimates based on the numbers you enter and stated assumptions. They are not a promise or guarantee of results. Your results depend on your business, market, offer and many other factors.

The site, including its design, text, images, video and software, belongs to Profit AI Lab or its licensors. You may view it for your own evaluation of our services, but you may not copy, modify, resell or republish it without our written permission.

The site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep them running smoothly, but we don't guarantee they will always be available, error-free, or that every message or call will be delivered on time. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Profit AI Lab won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or demo. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or demo is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
